Property is accurately represented in the pictures, very clean, nice amenities, and great location in Santa Monica.What you don’t see or know before you arrive…………The Property apparently cannot be sublet. When I arrived with my family we were told to meet Liam, a representative of the unit owner, in the back alley to gain access to the Property.At arrival, we were immediately confronted by the Property Manager who took photos of our vehicle and informed us that we would be towed if we parked in the designated spot assigned to our unit. This put us “on edge” right from the start.At checkin we were sent a link to download an app which would need to be used to access the Property. The problem, only one user could have the app, so my wife and kids could not access the Property or any of the on site amenities without me……..that was a pain.Overall, the Property and unit are very nice but access and the Property Management team made our stay stressful.
