Free street parking(street parking is tight, fyi) -OR- Rent a Parking Space for $25. Please decide before check in.

Good if you just need a place to sleep while you enjoy your time in California. Also good for relaxing & Netflix and Chill. The place is exactly how it is in the photos. VERY BASIC. I will never claim to be immaculate but the sheets and towels are washed and place cleaned per Airb n b guidelines. I wanted to help save you from paying so many fees and not charge you a cleaning fee. So I expect you and require for you to clean up after yourself. If you don't want to clean that's fine too, just let me know and I will charge you the $50 cleaning fee. There is no a/c, the property is older and well maintained. It do get cozy in the winter and hot in the summer.

Although the building is super quiet you are near a major boulevard. This place is in the city off a very busy big street. This is an apartment area so there is lots of movement, cars and action. This is a diverse, melting pot of a neighborhood. Understand this is an apartment and the walls are thin again WALLS are Thin you do have neighbors, so please be considerate as well. This is an apartment in the city so please expect city and apartment stuff.
