« My mum and I visited The Old School House to celebrate mums birthday. A 2 night girls trip stay with my dog.The property was lovely and clean, hot tub nice and hot….a little too chemically for my skin, but that can happen so it wasn’t a concern.I reported that the heating was on in one of the rooms and far too hot and the team came back to me promptly to rectify. Lovely beds. All in all a lovely few days. »

« Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id...
