« We had a fabulous time at this property! The location is perfect - it's tucked back in the woods, so you feel secluded. There's a great view of Pinnacle Knob from the spacious front porch. But, it's also only a few minutes to downtown Clayton if you're also looking for restaurants and boutique shopping. The home was very clean and well-appointed! We couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely return to this property when in need of a quiet, comfortable getaway. »

« We recently stayed at this property for my daughter’s Clemson graduation. There are no words for how much we enjoyed the stay. The hostess is excellent - clear and rapid communication. The property is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. « We traveled to the beautiful home from just outside of Charlotte. We originally had planned an additional change but when something came up with our son’s schedule the hosts were flexible and helped make our stay work. The house was clean, perfect size for everyone to hang out and have fun together or have privacy in their own space. There were plenty of toys with a covered porch, swings and a fire pit. « We thoroughly enjoyed The Nest! A very cool place in a perfect location, easy walk to everything in downtown Highlands including some hiking trails. The host was very responsive and included some nice touches with extra amenities waiting for us upon our arrival. We absolutely recommended The Nest! »

« We recently celebrated a friend’s birthday in the Highlands, and this home could not have been more perfect! Plenty of beautifully decorated bedrooms, spacious and comfortable living room, and adequately stocked kitchen. The views from the deck were wonderful, the neighborhood was quiet, and the best part was that we could walk everywhere within minutes. We parked our cars and didn’t need them all weekend. Thank you for sharing your awesome home! »

« We had a family vacation with 8 of us and had plenty of room with ample bathrooms. The rooms were all nice size and the property had good views. The outdoor porches and deck were very nice. The rec room in the finished basement was a great place to hang out when we not on the water. the complex was well maintained and the walking path by the water was very enjoyable. The dock was very convenient and a definite plus. I would recommend this property. »

« I can’t say enough good things about our 5 night stay at alpine cabin in Clayton! My husband and I went to play golf at Sky valley.. The home was exactly as described… beautifully decorated, master bedroom ( which was only bedroom that we used) mattress was most comfortable… the kitchen was equipped with everything we could ask for… and more! The communication was excellent with Evan…. He was very kind.. We would definitely recommend this modern, beautiful home and would love to stay there...

« Our family was looking for a long weekend getaway that was pet-friendly. The townhouse was a perfect place! We rented kayaks, fished with our son and had great walks spying a few dear! Ann was an incredible host, well-stocked for our needs. She was very communicative and clearly explained how amenities worked, including the gate, making it a simple process. « We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated.
