'This home is beautiful and spacious. Best location with a water view and sports courts surrounding the property. Lots of amenities and available resources. We absolutely loved staying here, and Nicholas was so helpful and responsive. '

'It would be helpful if we could have checked in at an earlier time. You lose a whole day with a 4 PM check in time. The cleaners were still at the house when we were able to get into the house at 4. The kitchen was well stocked and functional.'

'Perfectly housed our family reunion with plenty of space. Great beach access. No problem finding free parking on streets of town. Loved walking the boardwalk and getting to Asbury and neighboring towns without a car. Great large kitchen for feeding group and big front porch to enjoy.'

'Easy walk to the beach and Asbury Park, lovely view of the lake. Comfortable mattress, good coffee, quiet, austere. We came to get some writing done and we were very happy at the Melrose. '

'The house was amazing and was very clean and comfortable. Lots of good amenities, like beach chairs and towels, very well stocked kitchen. Our favorite thing was all the together spaces, to eat and play games, as well as all the solitary spaces, to curl up and read. '

'Nice house, 15 mins or so walk to Belmar beach, but hate all those booking/VRBO fees'

'Overall a very clean and adequate space for being close to the beach. There were enough beach tags, chairs, umbrellas that you don’t need your own. Household supplies were well stocked and available. They also allowed our two small dogs. But there is no queen bed as listed.'
