'Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty...

'Everything was good but some dishes were dirty. However those could’ve been put away like that from previous guests. There’s plenty of cooking amenities available in this condo and that was a big plus for us. '

'I can’t say enough good things about this rental!! So clean, so convenient, so comfortable, so much everything!! I love the historical aspect! “Fine Linen Threads”?? I thought a weird place to make sheets so long ago! And then I learned on the trolley to Pier 39 that the cotton ropes from the ships needed to be hung to dry bc they would rot. 'The view is what makes this property! The management company is top notch too.. the property interior is dated... furniture/flooring/fixtures are 20 yrs old. Bedding and towels are clean,new and comfortable (reflection of the good management company). The property is on a hill so driveway and parking spaces are steep.'

'Perfect location, clean, plenty of kitchen amenities, easy walk to the beach, and 2 bathrooms is always a bonus! Communication was fast and friendly. We enjoyed the deer family that visited every morning and the beautiful sunsets from the deck. '
