« The staff is nice. I called ahead, asked if that pool was open, asked at check in. As soon as I got my key and was walking to my room, the pool was being locked to be "shocked" however it looked just as green and unappealing the next morning. The floor in our room was filthy. Two pitiful towels left on the room. The shower floor was filthy. No shampoo or conditioner. Just 2 small hotel bars. « The Cozy Bungalow was perfect for our stay. Everything was bright, fresh, and clean. It was a very welcoming bungalow! The amenities and furnishings were high quality, and the bed was very comfortable. There were all kinds of restaurants nearby which was great for the times we didn’t want to cook. The hosts were friendly and provided clear instructions on use of the bungalow. Truly a wonderful experience! »

« My family and I drove 3 1/2 hours to these cabins. Once we got there the key code did not work. When I spoke with the lady whom resides in another state, she said they tried to get my phone number from Expedia but could not, (she had my number because I text her the day before) to tell me that they had no one there to clean the cabin and that they did not have another cabin available.
