The Space:

- Incredibly spacious open plan layout with high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

- King-size bed + premium double sofa bed with a 7in (18 cm) thick mattress.

- Large Smart TV with Netflix right in front of the main bed.

- Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine.

- Functional bathroom with shower.

- Plenty of storage for clothes and luggages.

- Bright by day, restful by night with darkening blinds.

- Moments from Portobello Road and Ladbroke Grove Station.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire studio. Check-in is via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time.

Notting Hill is one of London's most iconic neighbourhoods, known for its colourful streets, independent boutiques, renowned restaurants, and the world-famous Portobello Road Market. Tucked away on a peaceful side street, the studio feels like a hidden sanctuary. Just moments from the area's vibrant energy, it offers a tranquil, almost secret space where you can relax, recharge and experience a different side of Notting Hill.



Getting Around:

- Ladbroke Grove Underground Station: Under a 10-minute walk. From here, reach Central London in around 20 minutes via Circle and Hammersmith and City lines.

- Portobello Road: Around a 15-minute walk. Explore the famous market, colourful streets, independent boutiques, cafes, and some of London's best restaurants.

- White City and Westfield London: Around a 25 to 30 minute walk or 20 minutes by bus.

- Paddington Station. Around 15 to 20 minutes by Underground. Easy connections to the Elizabeth Line, National Rail, and Heathrow Express.

- Heathrow Airport: Around one hour by public transport.

- Gatwick Airport: Around one hour 30 minutes by public transport.

Please note: This is the designer's live-work studio. From time to time, it is used as a creative workspace, and many of the art books, tools and materials you will see are part of its unique character and charm. We simply ask that you treat the space and its contents with the same care and respect you would your own home, so future guests, and the designer, can continue to enjoy this special place.



- Please note that both beds are in the same open plan space.

- Smoking and parties are not permitted.

- There are CCTV cameras outdoor and smoke and noise sensors throughout the loft.

- Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours.

- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the loft.

- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.

- Same day bookings check in is 5pm to allow for cleaners to prepare.

- ⁠Same-day bookings: check-in time is 5pm instead of 3pm. to allow us time to prepare the property.
