Unfortunately, we do not provide breakfast however we do have a variety of restaurants which are local and they are our friends so when you show them your room card key they will give you a discount. Decent hotel, but rooms not all well maintained and they could be cleaner. If you are a light sleeper, do know that the rooms on the ground floor are next to a busy road and can be noisy.

Great boutique style hotel, lovely rooms as pictured. Nice large shower and nice comfortable beds. Lovely and friendly staff. The location is super......in the heart of my fwavourite part of london Hammersmith.....underground very very near. Wew had bood a superior room which even had a tablet and a nespresso coffeemaker. Lovely stay ......will book again

Alles wat netjes geregeld. Het inchecken ging snel en de kamer was mooi schoon gemaakt. Elke dag kregen wij een grab en go ontbijt en zodra we terug waren in het hotel was onze kamer weer spik en span. Het personeel was wel wat afstandelijk, maar alles was wel keurig! Een fijne tijd gehad in het Luma concept hotel :)

Prima hotel op een ideale locatie. “ontbijt” basic
Prima hotel met compacte, nette kamers en op een ideale locatie gelegen: buiten de drukte van het centrum en een Underground station (Hammersmith) om de hoek met 3 metrolijnen. Het ontbijt is alleen niet meer dan een croissantje, een stuk fruit en een flesje (sinaasappel)appelsap.

What a joke!
Hotel is ridiculously expensive. Room was a so called superior room, in the basement (?) and felt like being in a closet all the time, toilet was in a closet, shower was in another closet. Lot of noise overnight, breakfast was a little paper bag with a small bottle of juice, an apple and a sort of croissant in it, no table or chair to sit, so breakfast (?) had to be taken back to your room. All this for approx. 260 euro???????

Area around the hotel is nice and quiet. Tube is a 5 minute walk away which was very convenient. Comfy bed and good price for the room size. Only issue was cleanliness, the floors and furniture were dusty. Rusted faucet and towels were paper thin, you couldn't dry a spot of water with the ones offered. Toiletries and other complimentary items were very limited.

I was so lucky. I had no idea what this hotel would be like. Fortunately, this is a nice hotel with an ingenious use of space in the rooms. I love how organized everything is and how much storage there is in a typical-sized hotel room.

ピカデリーラインのハマースミス駅にほど近く、交通は至便だった。近場のWilliam Morrisというパブはエールと料理の双方が非常に安い価格設定になっており、雰囲気もよかった。 ホテルの部屋は洗面所のシンクの水はけがよくなく、排水口の開け閉めができない構造で、洗濯するには不便だったのが唯一残念な点だった。 宿泊したのが4階だったため、眺めもよく、清潔さも保たれていた。フロントマンやハウスキーパーもフレンドリーだった。

Awful sleep!
Hotel itself appeared clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. My issue is that we only got about 4 hours sleep. There was a broken/faulty light that turned on at 04:00am and wouldn’t turn off. We tried everything. Not wanting to have to get up and dressed to go down to the night porter as we didn’t feel they would be able to solve the problem and the only option would be to move rooms, if one was available , as by the time that would of happened we would have to be getting up to get ready to check out! I advised staff in the morning and they offered me a glass of juice as compensation. I contacted hotels.com and they tried to contact the hotel to see if a refund or partial refund could be made but they needed to speak to the actual hotel for approval and I understand they were unable to do this. I have tried to contact the actual hotel but am still awaiting a reply 5 days on. Another comment: shower door didn’t close properly so ended up having to clean the floor also! All in all. Not great!

Trevligt litet hotell
Trevligt litet hotell med centralt läge i Hammersmith. Min första vistelse på det här hotellet. Kan tänka mig att bo här igen. Även fast jag hade rum på gatan på plan 1 så stördes jag inte av trafiken. Saknade frukost på hotellet, men det finns bra frukostställen i närheten. Skön säng!

Would definitely recommend
Our family (5 adults) stayed here for a 3 night stay and were very happy with the hotel. It is reasonably priced bearing in mind London prices and is conveniently located within a 5 min walk from Hammersmith tube station. There are lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We had 2 rooms and each room slept 3 perfectly with a double bed and fold up single bed in each. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a short stay with the only negative being the carpets, they were stained and quite worn looking. However this did not spoil our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived at 8pm and it was a very cold night but were welcomed by a very warm cosy reception and the check in was extremely quick. I would stay here again when visiting London and would recommend others to as well :)
