The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen and dining area, designed for gathering, cooking, and spending quality time together. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading into the city or enjoying a relaxed evening meal, the open and airy layout makes the space both practical and inviting. The property features three comfortable bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, offering plenty of space for groups and families to stay comfortably. There is also a comfortable living room with a further dining area for 6guests.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, allowing you to enjoy the home with complete privacy. The generous layout provides room to unwind after a day of sightseeing, work, or visiting friends and family. The combination of spacious interiors and thoughtful amenities makes it equally suited to short city breaks and longer stays.

The downstairs WC (toilet) is a macerator toilet which features a built-in electric pump with rotating blades that grind waste into a fine liquid to allow wastewater to be pumped through narrow pipes. Foreign objects (such as wet wipes, sanitary items, or cotton buds) will jam and ruin the motor blades.

This Victoria house is over 100 years old and with this age comes some wear and tear and cracks and scratches so please do not expect the decor to be perfect. We believe this adds to the character, history and beauty of this home.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
