My comfortable and warm flat is the ideal launch pad to explore London. Located in Kensington & Chelsea, it has outstanding transport links; arrive anywhere in London fast with no hassle. The garden offers extra depth and tranquility. Recently installed solid oak floor. Enjoy!

Modern, Well Equipped, 3 Bedroom Flat in Central London - Sleeps up to 8. Half a block from Earls Court Tube, Zone 1.

The property is a lower ground floor flat. Windows are all double glazed. It features a spacious master bedroom with a convenient en-suite shower room and a second double bedroom with a bunk bed. We have also recently converted utility room to provide a quirky and cosy little single bedroom, ideal for a single guest or perhaps one of the kids! We also provide a 3-seater sofa-bed in the lounge, allowing the flat to sleep 2 extra if needs-be. The main bathroom has both bath and shower available.

The main living area is an open plan space, featuring a fully equipped, modern kitchen with washing machine, dining table & chairs, and a comfortable lounge area with sofas and television.

Outside is a lovely intimate garden (70 square meters), with table, chairs, parasol and even a barbecue - ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day in the city (provided the British weather behaves!). There are outdoor electrical sockets and lights in the garden.
Wifi broadband internet is also provided. Please note neither the flat nor garden is wheelchair accessible.

The area is well lit and well covered by CCTV. Walking alone late at night is commonplace.

The flat is located on a main road so you can expect some noise in the front bedrooms. We have mitigated this with double glazing in the small bedroom and triple glazing in the master bedroom. You soon become accustomed to the hustle and bustle of London life.

William is my site manager and neighbour and he helps with the day to day running. He is very open and is ready and willing to answer your questions during your stay. If you need help with something during your stay please ask him or myself.

Towels: We provide, as standard, one bath towel per guest and one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom. We provide extra hand towels upon request, some guests want them, but most don’t want the extra clutter.
Toilet rolls: two are provided in each bathroom, after that we do expect guests to source themselves from the supermarket two minutes away.

It is a nice and well equipped house in a nice neighborhood. Perhaps the Warwick Road is a little busy, but on the other hand, the Earl's Court underground station is only 50 meters away. With the Paddington line you are in 15 minutes in the heart of London.

The beautiful back garden, in perfect summer weather. Wow!And so close to the station.The host was really helpful, but the supply of cutlery and crockery could benefit from an upgrade.

The absolute best thing about this VRBO is the location. Great access to the Tube and the bus system. The apartment itself is functional but needs attention to furnishings and bathrooms. The photos on the VRBO site are dated and not really reflective of the current condition of the property. Absolutely no fault with the water pressure and plenty of hot water for 6 ladies. A little TLC would go a long way to make this unit more desirable. Alec the owner was a great communicator and very easy to work with. Overall the stay was good.

This was the ideal place for my group and I to stay while visiting London for the first time. The flat was the perfect size for our group of 5. Even with it being off a busy road, it was peaceful during our stay. The fantastic location to the underground station was very helpful for our travels! I would definitely love to stay again!

Alexander was great, but we had trouble connecting with William, who manages the rental for Alexander. The flat was as advertised, but it could use some tlc. The mattress in the primary bedroom was not very comfortable. Water pressure and hot water were plentiful!

Great location a half block from Underground and 1 long block to grocery store. Clean and we slept 7 rather comfortably. Great water pressure and showers. Nice outdoor patio in back and and seating area with table. On mail street so at times you here emergency vehicles going by. Was not an issue for us though. Couches in main living area could be replaced. But overall, we were very happy with our rental.

The property worked out great for our stay of a few days as a family with kids. Beds were comfortable and hanging out in the living area at night was cosy. Cute back patio. The water pressure all over London was really strong, but especially so in this flat. Super fast showers! The entrance is below ground down slightly precarious steps. Just had to be careful, especially with luggage. The location was one of the best parts. Next to stores and restaurants, and basically down the block from the tube. Beautiful neighborhood.

Location was excellent! Very close to Underground station. Had everything we needed. Very accommodating with our early arrival. Downsides were similar to most city dwellings: plenty of outdoor noise, and night time lights outside (blackout blinds, but still plenty of light coming through - though I've learned to travel with an eye mask). Largest mattress could use some more support. Also the walls near the ceiling could use some dusting. With a few minor updates, this place would be excellent, but overall was still a great stay.

The is a GREAT flat, 1/2 block from Earl’s Court Underground Station. Walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The Flat itself came with everything!! — fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, it had it all. Alex is a great host, very communicative, very good check in/check out procedure. If we ever make our way back to London, we will definitely stay here again!!!

Although the property was nice it definitely needs some TLC. The towels and linens as well as the sofas and walls paint are shoeing their age. That photos in the description appear to be from a number of years ago.

William met us there upon our arrival and showed us around and let us know of nearby grocery and restaurants William was also available to answer any questions. This property was easy to get to from the airport and to attractions using the underground. It was nice having a living space where we could sit after sightseeing all day and talk and enjoy each others company

Family site seeing trip to London, lovely property in a very convenient location. William was there to greet and and show us round the flat and gave advice for good restaurants, there is also M&S and Tesco Express within walking distance overall perfect location.
