'De locatie is mooi, de kamers zijn goed en het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk en komt met allerlei leuke tips. Als je niet naar Porto of een van de andere mogelijkheden wilt, is er een groot zwembad met ligstoelen, een reuzenschaakspel en zelfs een tennisbaan. Al verdient die laatste wel wat onderhoud. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad met veel mogelijkheden voor tripjes. '

'We just came from a wonderfull stay at this paradise. The service was at it finest, and the location to. We were so lucky, that the staff (Susanna) upgraded our room to a supirior, because there were one free. The room was so beautifull - the combination of wood, stone and “farm” style has sat an impression of us. You really need to experience this place. Both the location, but very much the service indeed. Incredible breakfeast, haven’t got anyting near this standard for the money before....

'The place was difficult to find but with some assistance from a local we were able to locate it. The hospitality was good and room clean but unfortunately there was no heating in the room, were very cold first night. Without asking the 2nd night an additional blanket was added but we were colder than the first night. 'We liked the atmosphere of the old house. The grounds were beautiful. The staff person was very friendly and helpful. She doesn’t speak English, but between a little Spanish on our part and sign language, it was a wonderful experience. We learned a little Portuguese! Would stay again if ever in the area.'

'The garden, the pool, small tennis court and the general appearance of the location is very nice. When booking the location, it was not clear to us that the house is splitted in two parts and that the other neightbours are right beside you, which is not nice for the privacy. This was disappointing. We where lucky that we had neightbours for only one day. If this wouldn't be the case, we would have been unhappy with the location. Finding the place was also complicated, as the address is unclear...
