"De omgeving is erg rustig , de bediening soms een beetje overwerkt ... De kamers zijn kraaknet ! En een beetje gedateerd , beetje kitcherig momenteel ... Maar zeker een goed hotel , 3 sterren waard als het hersteld zal zijn in zijn volle glorie .. Daar zijn ze nu mee bezig ... Succes en al bij al een leuk hotel ."

"We stayed at the house for a week with a group of 9 friends. The house itself was great! We were kindly welcomed by Jean Pierre who gave us some great tips on what to do in the area. The ruins of Donzy are nice to visit, and the hilly region is beautiful to walk through. Otherwise there is little to do for tourists in Panissières itself, it's just a regular French village. Luckily there are large cities (Lyon and Saint-Etienne) within a one hour drive. The same goes for the Beaujolais wine region, which we visited multiple times. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Rooms are old. Expensive for what you get. Wake up call was half an hour too late. Room was not cleaned; however this service was promised twice by the reception. Received a rude answer. "
