'Good hotel, only point was our bathroom fan was broken, so we got air in from a different room which was a smoking room. Rest all was super, also breakfast.'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'The room was exceptional, as always. However check in , was a bit disappointing, there were 2 men working the check in desk, we were told to step over to the second man for help, he mumbled something and handes us the room key , we looked on the card for the room number. Then at 4am my husband woke to a room door repeatedly banging from next door to I us and yelling..I love this hotel z we've been staying here when in town the last several years , but th service seems to be declined,not sure why...
