« Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm. « My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and located in a nice, quiet residential development. For reference, it is located about halfway between San Marcos and Kyle, so you can drive about 4-5 miles on I-35 in either direction and access restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. in both cities. The price is also very reasonable for the amenities provided. »

« This is a charming house and we had the best time in Austin. The host was very attentive and the home was very clean. We would book this home again when we decide to come back to Austin. The home is only 15 minutes from the airport which is great! »

« Cute house and it worked perfect for a last minute trip. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home away from home. We appreciated the games and movies, the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. We were in town for a work project and decided to stay and head over to the river to swim. The house was close to everything and our host was very communicative. She even extended early/late check in and checkout. We will stay here again. »

« Great for a non-bougie girls trip! Riley's on one side, train trussel and tracks on the other, could hear and loved both. Right in between was Legit Ass Meats Food Trailer and fed us the whole time. (Shout out to Ryan for the great grub, low prices, and making us sopapillas on the fly). It even rained all one day and sat on the front porch sipping beer and people watching. FUN! »

« Very clean, very comfortable, plenty of room for me and my daughter. Hosts were accessible, responsive, helpful, and very nice. Property had excellent security measures as well (lights, alarm system, locked driveway gate, etc.). Location was “close” to freeway (in a good way), which was very convenient for what we needed. Highly recommend. Five stars for 2-4 people. »
