« Great stay. Would book again. Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Low on bath tissue and towels. We had to purchase extra bath tissue and towels for the week. Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. »

« Huge house. Plenty of room for everyone. Second house unattached with gym and kitchenette came in handy to allow the younger adults some private space while the old folks hung out in the main house. The karaoke room and machine was a hit and will now be required for all future family gatherings. »

« The hot tub was amazing! I was looking for a place with a hot tub and close enough to downtown to easily get to activities in New Braunfels. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean which is always most important. It got cold out so we didn't go outside much, but there are multiple places to sit outside and enjoy the view when the weather is nice. « This was a fantastic place to stay. The host answered all questions promptly! The amenities were top notch and a perfect space for our family gathering. The pool table, fuss ball table, piano and other games kept everyone entertained! The house is located in a convenient spot to the Texas State Campus and downtown area. »

« Even though the whole property is still under construction this unit was great. The drive up to the unit was a bit rough due to the storms that passed through the area last week but it was worth it. The unit is well stocked with everything you might need for your stay from towls to blankets for hanging out at the fire pit and roasting marshmallows.
