For reference, it is located about halfway between San Marcos and Kyle, so you can drive about 4-5 miles on I-35 in either direction and access restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. in both cities. The price is also very reasonable for the amenities provided.'

'Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm. Property had excellent security measures as well (lights, alarm system, locked driveway gate, etc.). Location was “close” to freeway (in a good way), which was very convenient for what we needed. 'Rustic farm house filled with antique furnishings . But very comfy beds and good hot water and air kept us cool . Best place to stay for a night of music and fun at Rileys or the other nearby food n music joint. We laughed and were ok with the trains passing thru so often but hey its part of the experience!!'
