'Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm. 'Cute house and it worked perfect for a last minute trip. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home away from home. We appreciated the games and movies, the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. We were in town for a work project and decided to stay and head over to the river to swim. The house was close to everything and our host was very communicative. She even extended early/late check in and checkout. We will stay here again.'

'Outside needs a little work if you have small dogs; a few places with holes. Very comfortable bedding, great kitchen. I didn’t read that it is a duplex; the brita filtered water in the fridge is nice but the i washed out the water pitcher because there was some mold in it. Wonderful park close by to walk.'

'Great for a non-bougie girls trip! Riley's on one side, train trussel and tracks on the other, could hear and loved both. Right in between was Legit Ass Meats Food Trailer and fed us the whole time. (Shout out to Ryan for the great grub, low prices, and making us sopapillas on the fly). It even rained all one day and sat on the front porch sipping beer and people watching. FUN! '
