Villa Mediterrania is an exclusive villa with impressive panoramic views of the sea and the beach of Cala Canyelles.

It is located in a prestigious urbanization in Lloret de Mar, Cala Canyelles. Located 120m. from the beach and about 2km from the center of Lloret de Mar.

Villa Mediterrania has capacity for 6 people.
It offers great privacy due to its construction with greater comfort in the pool area, which is completely protected from the view of the neighbors.

The house is divided into two floors:
Main floor:
Large living room with smart TV, with exit to the pool terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles
American kitchen fully equipped
Dining room with exit to the covered terrace, with table and chairs to enjoy the summer to the fullest!
1 toilet

Upper floor:
1 "suite" room with double bed with exit to the balcony and large bathroom with bathtub. This room offers impressive sea views!!
2 double rooms with 2 single beds each
Large bathroom with shower.

The garage is accessed from the street through a small ramp, you can also park the car on the ramp (inside the property) or on the street just in front of the house as it is a very quiet street with no exit.

Villa Mediterrania is in an unbeatable area where you can relax with beautiful views of the sea and the beach.

Exclusive location, you can walk to the beach without having to look for parking. The urbanization where the house is located has stairs that go down to the beach or the marina, exclusive to the residents of the area.

Area with tennis club, marina, water activities and prestigious restaurants in Lloret de Mar.

The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, with everything you need for shopping.

Bonne localisation / habitation vétuste

La maison est très bien située mais tout y est vétuste, baigne dans son jus depuis 1970. Le confort des lits spartiate, le barbecue sale a notre arrivée, des taches de moustiques écrasés sur les plafonds….ne vaut pas le prix proposé .

Ein schöner Urlaub mit ein paar Abstrichen

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und teilweise kaputt. Die Agenturchefin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht das der Gast zufrieden ist. Bei uns fehlten Toaster und Wasserkocher, wohl vom Vorgänger mitgenommen.Ersatz kam aber schnell. Die Zufahrt und Einfahrt sehr sehr eng, wirklich nicht für größere PKWs geeignet. Der Pool und die Aussicht schön, leider stört der alte Bauzaun am Pool sehr, müsste man mal was Neues machen. Tolle Privatsphäre! Weg zum Strand ein gutes Sportprogramm. Auto für Einkäufe erforderlich da es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort gibt. Viele deutsche TV Sender. Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns erholt.

Villa très bien agencée avec une très belle vue

villa très agréable, avec de beaux espaces. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La déco date un peu mais ça n'est pas gênant pour des vacances ! L'accès à la plage est bien pratique, le retour fait travailler les mollets mais un peu de sport ne fait pas de mal :) L'arrivée à été un peu contrariante à cause d'un différent avec la dame de l'agence mais cela s'est arrangé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette semaine dans cette villa.

Tout etait parfait! La vue depuis la villa est magique et le quartier est tres calme. De plus, on peut pleinement profiter de l exterieur car il n y a aucun vis à vis avec les voisins.

July 2017 fantastic holiday destination

The villa is beautiful perched on the hillside above the bay below. A great outdoor space on several levels allows optimum relaxation. The terrace with pool, sun beds, table and chairs is effectively the living level. Then there is a large sun trap terrace higher up on the first floor level and a spacious balcony that wraps around the master bedroom. The bedrooms are comfortable, the master bedroom amazing with panoramic views across the bay. The interior was great for our needs, very cool with excellent bath rooms and loos. To complete the description I must say the bbq area was good and the pool was everything you need in the context of the climate and location. Although it is on the beach, there is plenty to see in the area and lots of beautiful villages and scenery. Rental of kayaks, paddle boards and the dreaded banana boat from the beach were all reasonable. There is a fantastic beach bar which serves a chilled crowd drinks and a small menu of bar food. There is also a more formal restaurant that is also very good. Esther and the team were all extremely helpful and friendly and I would recommend this villa very highly. Thanks to them we had a great family holiday.

Fantastic Location & Lovely Place to Stay

If you want a view of the Mediterranean when you go on holiday you won't get a better one than this. The villa is spacious and comfortable with lots of outdoor terraces for relaxing and eating. The pool was also a very nice bonus, even though the beach is only 5 minutes away. You can choose to wake up and take a swim or go to the beach and swim in the Mediterranean sea spoiled for choice really. Also lots of places to visit in the area and Tossa de Mar just down the road is delightful. Especially if you decide to get there by boat, these run regularly right off the beach at Lloret de Mar. Only reason this is a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is because the villa lacked a few modern touches and just needed a little bit of improvement to get that last star. But to be honest with the view and location, those were minor issues and there was nothing that would stop me booking again. Highly recommended for a perfect sea view vacation.
