The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. The shower curtain bracket was broken in the en-suite which we reported to reception although the curtain could still be used. There was plenty of hot water however, the water...

« This was a first visit to this hotel and we have already rebooked. Our room was lovely with plenty of space, a very comfortable king-size bed, and a walk in shower. There is a very good and varied breakfast menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. That there is a car park is a bonus as parking can be difficult in Llandudno. »
