'Nice hotel and room. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a pleasant comfortable room, however the bathroom could do with some minor maintenance. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The dining area was pleasant and so were the staff, however both at dinner and breakfast the service was a bit slow. My wife had the cauliflower curry which was nice and a reasonable portion. I had the seabass which was tasty but the portion was a bit small. The seabass was a bit overcooked which I didn't mind and...

'The staff were amazing. The room was spotless, comfortable and had lots of lovely extras like bottled water, a selection of beverages, and there was even a little radio playing jazz music when we arrived in the room! It was lovely. The breakfast was great and the position of the hotel is brilliant for access to the castle and the town itself. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.'
