'Zeer goed hotel. Indien je een kamer krijgt naast de lift, gelieve onmiddellijk een andere kamer te vragen. Je hoort de lift constant in je kamer. We kregen direct een andere kamer. Goed restaurant, vriendelijk personeel. '

'We stayed two days, breakfast was served freshly cooked and staff very helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and bottled water also. The restaurant menu was varied and meals served were well presented. Car parking was also available. A very enjoyable visit to Llaundudno. '

'The room was amazing with the fabulous view of the sea, great to hear the crashing waves in a morning! What we like about the "Imperial" is the warm welcome we always get, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is the best. What we like is that some members of staff have been there for a long time & nothing is too much trouble for them! Breakfast here is so good! '

'Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. The common area was lovely with extra amenities. Check-in at the Erskine Arms (immediately across the road) was quick and easy. Breakfast was included (at the Erskine Arms), and it was delicious with lots of choice. Y Capel is a wonderful spot for exploring all the sites of Conwy. We would highly...
