« Rooms clean friendly staff nearby shops and restaurants. Looks a little run down in areas and could do with a bit of maintenance. Used facilities and bar in adjacent hotel that was internally linked as the diner and bar in our side was shut. Lovely cooked breakfast reasonably priced . Don’t worry about the weird noises the lift makes when reaching top floor bounces a bit on arrival. Bath takes a while to fill hot water fine but cold a little low on pressure. Overall a pleasant stay. »

« Location wise excellent as it is quite close to the pier. Although the rooms were good, the hotel needs maintenance (probably like most other hotels in that area). Breakfast was nice and good variety. »

« First the positives - in very good position for the pier and beach, pubs & restaurants. Onsite parking for £10. Nicely decorated, a bar and small seating area out the front. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Now for the negatives - the hotel is extremely hard to contact to pre book parking although eventually this was done, then there was confusion over my booking for beds for 2 adults & 1 child which was eventually sorted on the day of arrival not ideal and stressful. « Le parc est très grand et très bien entretenu. Beaucoup de jolis salons, atmosphère anglaise guigne d'un roman d'Agatha Christie. Spa un peu éloigné de l'hôtel. »

« Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own. »
