'Had a lovely stay at Craigside Manor Hotel in Llandudno. The front desk manager went out of her way to help during our stay, she went over and beyond her role. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Great breakfast, comfortable stay, and excellent customer service — would happily return!'

I recently stayed at this hotel , sea view suite in £180 per night, and while the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are genuinely lovely, the breakfast experience was a significant disappointment. As someone who has stayed in over 800 hotels globally, I understand the importance of local service etiquette. However, the service here was far below what is expected for a property at this price point...
