Reserved the room and was not informed that there needed to be a 3 party authorization, employee went to hotel and was not able to check in and there was NO one at the front desk to help. Terrible customer service

Amazing host, answered all questions in a timely manner. had no issue contacting him. Place was fantastic, clean, plenty of amenities and toiletries. Would absolutely recommend and consider for a future visit!
