'Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. '
'First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly.'

'Would definitely stay here again. Near the pedestrian street of shopping and food. Room was nice and clean with comfy bed and automatic curtains and toilet. Shower was strong and I appreciated the free laundry in the basement and the available coffee and tea in the lobby.
Only drawbacks are fine for me, but may not be for light sleepers is the wall is paper thin, and you can hear muffled conversations in the next room. I had earplugs so it was fine.
