'Rooms are well thought out and spacious. Overlooking the beautiful scenery of the garden and waterways. Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and 3 year old. Feeding the fish was a major highlight. The pool and sauna is exceptional to visit. '

'The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall just 5 minutes away.One is Green Tea and the other is Grandmas place.'

'It was a decent hotel, large room size but non-smoking smelt so strongly of cigarettes we had to ask to move. Not many of the staff spoke English or at least not at the level to discuss the matter but this was solved using a translation app on my phone.
