« House was perfect for a group of 30-year-olds. Lots to do and loved the access to kayaks. Fire pit was ready to go so all we had to do was light it - a nice gesture on the part of the owner. Queen bed was very comfortable. »

« Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean. »

« Great location! However, the view from the condo is lovely and I enjoyed watching the skiers, too! We had six adults and there was plenty of room. There are three bathrooms which sets it apart from other condos. The condo was updated and stylish and the trip felt special for the holiday. Thank you to our hosts! »

« This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. « This spacious chalet perfectly met the needs of our family. Communication with our hosts was efficient and friendly - so easy to work with. We had a tire blow out — they immediately responded with recommendations and we had the tire fixed in less than 12 hours!
