But then the staff only came to take out garbage and change towels every other day. They didnt change sheets at all, and there is an envelope to tip them in the rooms...i should be tipping for exceptional service not for basic expectations..yea i knew i wasnt going to get the Hilton or Plaza hotel...

'The room was clean and adequate, nothing special but fine. The bed was a bit hard but still usable. The staff were terrific, nice and helpful. The problem here was the shower, it was hard to use and unsafe. The knobs to turn on/off were tight/difficult, the water pressure too low/bad, too much water softener in the water so it was hard to shower off soap, and even with the shower option in use, half the water was still coming out through the tub nozzle directly into the tub (likely why the...

The host greeted us warmly and gave us some great advice about dining options. The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and well maintained. We will return.
