'Really enjoyed our time at this charming place. It was a perfect location, closely situated to Looe, Polperro and many others. The host was very welcoming always making sure we had plenty of tea/coffee and milk. We were greated by the free roaming peacocks most mornings and also met the friendly cats. We would definitely return.'

'Loved our small water view out the bedroom window. Property was clean and well maintained. It was very quiet during our stay— I’m not sure how many others were also staying when we were there, but if there were people around we didn’t know! Loved the city of Plymouth, we were a short walk from some of the main hubs of town, and felt the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. You do have to pay for parking permits when you arrive, but thankfully always found parking right across the street from...

'Let’s start with Perfect! Spotless clean, modern, all the obvious facilities, well presented, quiet and only 30 second walk to the seafront and great places to eat or just walk. Cannot make any negative comments whatsoever and half the price of the Premier Inn. Will definitely be back and already recommended to 2 colleagues.'

'Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived late on our first day, had told Donna and even though it was late she was there to greet us and help with our luggage. The room was spotless and the view over the estuary beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with thick bacon and sausage from a local butchers. What we both liked was the attentiveness that Donna gave us and other customers staying there. She would also call each of us by our fist names. Something that just made the stay a bit more...
