'Arrived late at night with our tree kids. Front desk guy said he could not find our reservation which we made and prepaid on Expedia. Made us wait while he checked In other guests. Then said he could not accept the reservation confirmation on my phone and that the Expedia confirmation number meant nothing to him. At this point my husband called Expedia on his cell phone and discovered that the reservation was indeed valid and under his name not mine. Front desk guy then revealed that he had this...

'We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and each time the staff was great the hotel and room was spotless and the food/drink was great. Thanks especially to the lady in the breakfast area and desk staff.'

'The room was well kept and quiet. Every thing in the room worked to my satisfaction. The motel was close to good restaurants. Stay was good when going to Virginia and I stayed again going back to Michigan. Would stay again.'

'We stayed at the Spruce cabin and it was lovely. I wasn't sure what was all included at the cabin as far as amenities. We usually stay at State park cabins, so were pleasantly surprised to find so many things included. For example, dishes, silverware, towels, sheets, pillows......even soap, papertowels, toilet paper and aluminum foil! The beds were comfy and all the appliances worked fine. The campground was quiet. We walked around a lot and it was interesting to see some remnants of when...

The carpet had some large chunks of something (dogfood?) that apparently their vacuum couldn't find but our bare feet did. The hot water took forever (5 min) to arrive in the...

'Locatie direct aan snelweg. Binnen zwembad. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. Mexicaans eethuisje goed en niet duur. Alles prima geen nadelige dingen kunnen ontdekken. Zou hem weer kiezen.'

'The bathroom had not been clean. The fire alarm had not been replaced. There were not enough towels or toilet paper.'

'My room was fine. It’s a very large hotel and was for the most part just empty. The location is great, easy parking, close to restaurants.'

'Good for the price'
