'We had a great stay at the Lincoln House! We planned a quick getaway with two other couples ( kids too) and we had plenty of space and privacy. The adults loved the comfortable king beds. My only negative is that it does not mention that the only access is all of the stairs in the one photo of the outside. 'Deb's townhouse is cleverly designed and quite spacious. Our group, two adults and three children, three to twelve, always had plenty of comfortable space. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything needed, just add your own food... The location is excellent and quite private with plenty of flat space for children to run around safely. The pool is close by and very well kept; there are even floating toys available in the unit. For us this was a great location and the townhouse...

'A lot to enjoy here! Spacious, clean, with both indoor and outdoor pool (though be aware, not heated and VERY cold). But the mattress was easily the worst I've experienced at a hotel in years. Overall, very happy with service, this was what I expected it to be, lovely spot in the White Mountains. But a handful of extras could turn this into an incredible location instead of merely a fine one.'

"We booked for two nights and stayed a third too. And if time permitted, we would have booked a 4th and a 5th! The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). Randy and Jonathan are perfect hosts, who dealt very well with our coffee addiction and brought us additional cups every morning. Rooms are clean and spacious, with some very good restaurant options nearby (El Charro with a great house Margarita, and the Woodstock Brewery Inn)."
