'Enjoyed the stay. Had an excellent breakfast with lots of variety of food to choose from. The only negative was during the night could hear other people’s room doors closing loudly'

The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). Randy and Jonathan are perfect hosts, who dealt very well with our coffee addiction and brought us additional cups every morning. 'Room maintenance could be better'

'The property is very old. It needs to be updated. Our porch was sketchy lots of soft spots in the floor. Also the railings were very rickety. I definitely would not lean on it.'

'This property is in the middle of a remodel. NO Outdoor Swimming Pool! Smaller rooms. Free Breakfast was old and Stale! No vending machines'
