"Sun of a Beach" is a cozy oceanfront condo that sleeps four with a king bed, queen futon, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Private beach access is just a block away. Enjoy sweeping ocean views and a game room. This unit is not pet friendly.



The Space:

Sun of a Beach is a cute condo with a private bedroom with a king bed and a queen futon in the front room. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen to make cooking a breeze. There are also two flat screen TVs to keep you entertained.



Oh, and did we mention the amazing ocean view? Plus, this unit has access to our indoor swimming pool and on-site game room, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities. We have a private beach access for our guests to use as well.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
