'Latitude Adjustment' is what we call this updated top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a queen size Murphy bed, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

We are excited to welcome you to the brand new Unit 320, “Latitude Adjustment,” at the Sea Gypsy! This condo was just renovated in November 2015 with new paint, carpet, tile, granite countertops, bathroom vanities and showers. Even the dishes, silverware and glasses are all brand new! Relax in comfort on the new reclining leather sofa while watching the waves, TV or reading a book. With a fully stocked kitchen and two full baths, Latitude Adjustment is the perfect getaway hideout. It sleeps four between a king bed and a queen Murphy bed.



Also during your stay you will have free unlimited access to the indoor heated pool and sauna.

Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
