« First impressions of the hotel were excellent and overall it is a lovely place with generally attentive staff. All was going well and the receptionist said that we were lucky as our room was air conditioned, while others were not. We had been allocated room 6 and on opening the door there was an interesting staircase which split in two at a small landing with one set of stairs going to the bedroom, with the other leading to the shower room. « Anna and Ian were fantastic hosts. Nothing absolutely Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast continental was gorgeous. Those homemade oatcakes we're so tasty!. The whole house is like a beautiful museum. So many quirky bits and Bob's. The room a spacious amazingly quiet at night for a great night's sleep in such a comfortable bed. If we're ever in Lincoln, this is the place to go again. Many thanks »

« Un hébergement qui vous plonge dans le cadre typique anglais des 80's. Petit hôtel familial bien équipé pour qui ne rêve pas de 5 étoiles. Autonomie nécessaire mais tranquillité et sympathie garantie. Bonne position dans la ville, 5 min centre max. J'aimerais y retourner a la belle saison. En travaux, devrait être encore mieux bientôt. Allergiques a la moquette s'abstenir. »

« The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked. »

« Our stay was very good. It was in the middle of the steep hill. So, was a minute walk from Lincoln castle. Around the hotel was lovely boutique shops and cafes. The a Hotel had a coffee shop that served lovely food. We would definitely return to Rest hotel. 😍 »

« No wi-fi at all could not no use it wasn't working wich was really annoying. We try to sign in many time and didn't work. The room was smaller than we saw on the website. Very hard to find the place. Sorry about that . Thank you »
