LOCATION!!! Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful location. Our home is situated on 1.5 acres, backing up to beautiful pastures of farm land. Very private location. Perfect to get away from reality. Located just 2 minutes from the I-64 interstate, 20 minutes from Keeneland, 55 minutes from Churchill Downs and just mere minutes from the most famous bourbon Kentucky has to offer including Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Jim Beam, Old Crow, J. Mattingly 1845, Four Roses, Ancient Age, Whiskey Thief & Castle & Key Bourbon distilleries just to name a few. Lots of restaurants near by, just 2 minutes from town. We offer mini blinds and curtains in every bedroom for a great night's sleep. Why rent a hotel room when you can get an entire house for better rate. Hope to see you soon!   • Kentucky State University was chartered in May 1886 as the State Normal School for Colored Persons, only the second state-supported institution of higher learning in Kentucky.[1] During the euphoria of Frankfort's 1886 centennial celebration, the city donated $1,500 towards the purchase of land for a new college on a bluff overlooking Frankfort. Bourbon Tour

This property is located just a few minutes from several Distilleries. Woodford, Castle & Key, Glenn's Creek and 1 more are all on the same road. The property owners were very quick to answer our questions and nice to talk to. You can enjoy viewing horses in a pasture close to the rear of the house and a friendly pot bellied pig too. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The house was very clean. I'm sure this place is an absolute delight for most of the year but our stay was in February during an extremely cold period for Kentucky (in the single digits), The furnace ran almost constantly to keep up. You just can't predict mother nature. We would stay here again.
