'Have to rank as just okay given the as advertised elements were met and we did enjoy the proximity to the sites. However, it is part of a row of houses that are abandoned and in disrepair making it very unappealing from the exterior (no offense intended for permanent residents on the block). There is no light alongside the house leading to the back to the uneven wood steps at the entrance. We had daily feral cats visiting our porch. There were no table lights just glaring ceiling lights and...

'This place worked perfectly for my Girls trip! It is conveniently located to just about everything you want to do in Niagra Falls! You do go upstairs, so that could be a thing if someone in your group can't do stairs, but the whole property is just the upstairs, so no same roof neighbors! The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Niagra falls! Such a beautiful place to be!'
