Welcome to Dream Cottage! Nestled within the coveted water-oriented community of Angola by the Bay, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The marina is less than a 5-minute walk from the front door, where you can enjoy the serene and peaceful bay breeze in the morning, and catch some beautiful sunsets in the afternoon. Crabbing from the dock, kayaking, or unwinding with a cold cocktail out front or on the deck.

With a community pool, playground, trails, tennis, pickleball, basketball, picnic tables and BBQs. Home is a 15-minute drive to Coastal Highway (Rt. 1) where you will find 3 different Tanger outlets, great tax-free shopping, a movie theater, a bowling alley, fantastic restaurants, and great live music. Cross over Coastal Highway to find the charming beach towns of historic Lewes and lively Rehoboth Beach.

Please note that linens are optional and not included by default. Linens include bed linens, bath, and hand towels, washcloths, and dish towels. Pillows and comforters are provided.

Linens can be provided for an additional fee of $150, please be sure to let us know no later than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival time.

The HOA for our community requires our guests to be pre-registered. Please be prepared to provide us with your name and vehicle information at least 3 days in advance of your arrival, thanks.

We welcome long term stays in the off-season.
