Beautiful new vacation home in the highly sought after Cape Shores community! Situated just across the street and down a pathway to the beach - you will have water views from several interior rooms.

With ample room to spread out, your guests will be able to take advantage of this wonderful home for your vacation. The open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen spaces are perfect for gathering for a meal or spending an evening playing board games.

The bedrooms are comfortable, private spaces. The Primary bedroom, with king bed, TV and a private bathroom with a large shower is comfortably decorated. The second floor has a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a TV. There are an additional two bedrooms and a bonus room (also with a TV).

Relax on one of the many decks while you take in the sunshine and cool breezes. Escape to the beach or to the community pool if you want to soak up the sun or take a dip in the water to cool off. Cape Shores also has a fishing pier and tennis courts for your use.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Owner has had a dog in the unit but NOT pet friendly.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
