'Hotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is our of this world. I highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back soon'

'Beautiful rooms, great beds. Pools were lovely with nice seating areas. Loved the interior design of the entire hotel, beautiful views, all very clean. The upstairs restaurant had good food. As for the negatives: no minibar/fridge in the room to keep some drinks; no airconditioning/fan and the room got quite hot; breakfast costs €24,- pp and I had to make my own scrambled eggs which I had never seen before, very overpriced; we had to share the balcony from our room with other guests; though...
