'Located in the heart of Val Thorens this beautiful 5* hotel has satisfied all our expextations. Very good breakfast, warm, modern and clean bedrooms, nice TV, canal+, small spa and direct access to the slopes.'

'Mochten we service niet in acht nemen, dan is dit echt een erg goed hotel. Maar helaas liet de receptie in ons geval te wensen over. Men belooft vaak om terug te bellen aan receptie terwijl dit niet gebeurt, men belooft om minibar te vullen terwijl dit niet gebeurt, men belooft om extra bed te plaatsen terwijl dit niet gebeurt, men belooft je op te halen terwijl dit niet gebeurt, etc. Het is echt een kwestie van mensen... Er werken een paar goede mensen, maar ook een pak rotte appels. Ik denk...

'It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.'

'J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

'Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
