'Many years ago, my husband stayed here, I think it may have been a Best Western at the time. So, since I was traveling to Clackamas, I reserved a room here. I guess my two issues were: 1. No coffee in the room. I travel quite a bit and have never stayed at a motel that did not have coffee available in the room. 2. There was a sign on the door that said for security to lock the bolt lock and secure the chain. There was no chain, apparently broken at some point and not repaired. I definitely...

'This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days.'
