The Hotel was good, but the problem I had was guest above on the 3rd flooring loud all night. I got no sleep. The staff just apologized & wasn't going to talk to the guest, until I pressed. The noise didn';t stop, so I don't know if he ever spoke with the noisy guest. The front desk made no offer to rectifiy, I had to asked about another room option, but was told he could move me room ove over from where I was. So I had to get a couple of hours of sleep when the noisy finally went to sleep at 6 in the morning. It was the guest fault, but I feel the Hotel front desk & management could have offered a free night stay at another time at one of their hotels or something. I just got I'm sorry.
