'This was a great property. It is close to Garner And Leakey. The cabin had more than enough room for the 6 of us, it was very clean and cozy. Plus the host was super easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. '

'Cozy is the perfect name! This cabin is just right for two. The bed is super comfy! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing corn hole, and making s’mores around the propane fire pit. The property is less than 20 minutes from Garner, so you’re close enough to all the hiking, swimming, and fun without having your neighbors fifteen feet away. It was lovely to come back to a quiet, private space after a full day at the park!'

'The Utopia River Retreat was just what we needed after 3 nights camping out in Big Bend. The cabin we stayed in (Kickapoo) was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (cooking utensils, bath towels, linens). The grounds were peaceful and scenic and had a nice swimming pool and volleyball net as well as riverfront access. 'Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...

'We took a short weekend trip to Utopia. The scenery of the flowing river from our patio was breathtaking. The place was clean and Nancy was responsive. Definitely recommend! My dogs had a great time. We plan to go back. '
