'Check-in took more than 20mins. Not very friendly nor customer servicer oriented staff. They finally gave me a key card. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was dirty and not cleaned. Had to go back downstairs to the reception to ask for a new room. That took another 20mins! In the 2nd room, the bed was made but the pillows did not have any pillow cases.
