Pensions in Le Morne

'Top hotel. We zijn verwende reizigers maar alles hier klopt. Hoog service niveau, top verzorgd, geweldig personeel. Ja, hier wilden we langer blijven. Zal moeilijk zijn dit niveau weer te krijgen, denk ik, bij de andere hotels die we gaan boeken. (Doen rondreis en wisselen om de 2 dagen van locatie & hotel). '

'My wife and I stayed for 11 nights in the first two weeks of November 2017 and had a wonderfull time in Mauritius. We booked Hotel Manisa with breakfast and dinner. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was rather basic but every morning fresh omelettes on a side order! Dinner was for us fine as partly we had plate service and buffet which gave a nice variation. 'The owner was very accommodating and the location was perfect! Great Indian food nearby and the walk to groceries isn’t too far, but take a backpack! Everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday! Loved the view with a wine at sunset.'

'The property had no trace of our reservation. They did their best to find a solution but instead of a two bedroom appartement we ended with a one bedroom. We were told they would give us sheets for the sofa for our kids but they forgot. Certainly not a great experience although the staff tried their very best. The view is lovely though. A better coordination between the reservation on expedia and the property is needed.'

'Eenvoudig, compleet appartement. Goed prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Eenvoudig ontbijt inbegrepen. Spa aanwezig. Zeer goede massage. Personeel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Strand voor de deur, maar veel stenen in het water. Beter strand 10 minuten richting centrum lopen. Supermarkt en winkelcentrum Pasadena ca 15 min lopen. Diverse restaurants op loopafstand.'

'Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge.'

'Luxe hotel met een ideale ligging: het strand ligt direct aan de overkant van de weg. Blijkbaar kan je bij de receptie vouchers krijgen voor ligstoelen en een parasol op het strand, maar dat is ons nooit verteld. Wel wat onderhoudsproblemen in onze kamer: water in wastafel liep niet goed door, water in de douche stroomde de kamer in, waterketel deed het niet goed, maar dat was wel overkomelijk voor de 3 nachten. Het enige minpunt waren de harde bedden. Nog nooit op zo'n hard matras geslapen. Het...
