'We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

'Hotel was in a great location on a street that isn’t too busy but also steps away from all the restaurants, shops and ferry dock. The hotel was extremely clean and new features. Then AC and rain shower made the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommending places to eat and things or do. The breakfast provided by the hotel was really delicious and many options! I’d recommend this hotel for a couple or single person visiting Bardolino!'
