My place is 40 minutes from Downtown Atlanta and 3500 sq ft of space and close enough in all directions to explore all that Georgia has to offer. Whether it's visiting the mall and outlets, hiking or going downtown this home will provide all the comforts of home. You will love my place because of the outdoor space, the comfy beds, and the quiet neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space is a nicely furnished 4 Bedroom/2 bath home with a large backyard. Home sleeps ten on super comfortable beds. Air mattresses to sleep more available upon request only. Kitchen area seats 4 and dining area seats 7. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight. Separate den with 55 inch television comes with comfortable couches. Sectional sofa in the living room provides the perfect reading area. Washer, dryer, iron board, and iron all provided in the laundry room. Full Access to the all open areas. No basement or 5 bedroom access. No Interaction with guests. Guest can contact with any questions as needed through Vrbo. Other things to note guest are to clean after themselves before checking out. If any house rules are broken security deposit will be taken to cover cleaning and or damages. Happy booking!
