« This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. »

« Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. « This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved!
