'AC was broken when we got there. We informed the resort staff and they were NOT going to fix it because this room is not “theirs” due to it being owned privately. Finally someone came by and fixed it. Same issue occurred again but with towels needed towels for the bathroom and it took over a day to get them because the resort would not give us any and the host of the VRBO wanted to charge us money for some.
