'We were not informed when we booked that the hotel is under renovation. We were woken up at 7 am with hammering and work being done on the premises. The least that should have been offered for this inconvenience to all guests is a breakfast included instead of being expected to pay over $22.00 for breakfast per person. I. 'The staff were not very helpful at check-in, even though we had paid in advance. There seemed to be an issue with the room safe, that they were pressing us to use. Not sure why. They demanded a further $200 depeosit, even though we had fully paid and the credit card was on file. The towel were not replenished, instead we were told to go down the hall and look for some in another cupboard. Staff were very lazy. Water was only available in our room for the first day. Would never go back to this...
