Also super friendly staff, excellent coffee shop, cafe, general store, and outdoor supply store onsite, and bikes available to ride the paved trail along the roadside. Hope to be back soon!'

'The staff was great. The rooms were clean. This is an older motel but it’s maintained really well. Although we didn’t bring a pet, the have 3 or 4 pet friendly rooms. The motel is really close to the entrance of the park and the are several places to eat near by. Also the rates are quite reasonable. We will definitely stay there again.'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...
