'Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out.'

'The bathroom was gross. Hair all over the tub…moldy shower curtain. Unknown red substance in the tub. The front desk came up and cleaned it plus changed the shower curtain. They were friendly, but the room needed work.'

'The gentleman that was working in at the counter was extremely difficult to understand plus, he couldn’t understand what I was saying, and I speak English very clearly so we were disappointed with that aspect. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean. We had no issues with that just the gentleman at the counter totally satisfied.'
