'The Family and I were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The add on room was a little confusing at first when I first got there, but my oldest son and his kids were happy with it and the additional small air conditioning unit was helpful. The Master bedroom had some paint issues but it didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely reach out again to stay for our next Family trip to Laughlin/ River. '

'First and foremost our family had an amazing vacation and that was our ultimate goal. The house itself is definitely outdated but served its purpose. The home has so much potential but unfortunately the housekeeping company is subpar. We found stains on sheets, left over eyelashes on the floor, the stove was dirty as well as the fridge, we even had a couple cockroach friends that paid us a visit. 'Just got home from 4 day stay in Bullhead City, AZ every description of property was spot on. The pictures don’t do the home justice, very clean and comfortable home with recliner couches, BIG SCREEN TV in Family room, nice beds, showers with liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Nice washer dryer if needed. In hot months it is nice to find a home that offers garage access, no remote (that is understandable) but you can still open and close garage from inside...

'This is a great property with a master bedroom and a room with bunk beds to accommodate everyone in the family. We have returned to this property multiple times because it works well for our family. Amy is very responsive and friendly! The home has a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and there are lots of amenities like the Blackstone, towels, games, and toiletries in the shower. The pool is also a good size! We will definitely be back again'

'The bullhead bend home was very cute and welcoming, the master room with the king bed did not have a TV nor did the other room with the queen bed, the bunk bed room for the kids did have a little tv which made it convenient for the kids. The gate outside isn’t very sturdy if you have kids/dogs that like to grab the gate or lean on it, it will pop open. So be careful! Communication with the home owners was very easy and reliable.
