'Prima hotel'

'Breakfast needs update. Everyday need change a bit'

'Since the Schilthorn corp. bought this property it is being run as an afterthought. Front desk closed, no communication with guests before arrival as to how to gain access to room, they left an envelope with key card that didn’t work, had to wait for someone from sister hotel to walk over and fix. No breakfast here, had to walk to sister hotel for that and restaurant closed during our stay. Better to book elsewhere'

'great as always. but for the price the rooms as well as the spa look quite worn'
