* ๐ **Parties will not be tolerated** and guests will be removed with fine and no refund.
As a **LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY**, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking the property.
1. ๐ซ **NO parties of any kind** due to city ordinances.
2. ๐ **NO fireworks of any kind** on and around the property at any time.
3. ๐ **NO disturbing noises of any kind**. This includes the use of microphones ๐ค, speakers ๐ for singing ๐ถ, speaking, and playing music ๐ต throughout the day, especially after **10:00 PM** and before **8:00 AM**.
4. ๐ **NO street parking of any vehicles**. All vehicles must be parked in the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
5. ๐ **NO more than 6 vehicles allowed** due to city ordinances.
6. ๐ซ **NO disturbing the neighbors**! **NO EXCEPTIONS!** This includes racing ๐๏ธ, revving ๐, and spinning out cars/motorcycles ๐๏ธ on or around the property.
7. ๐พ **Pets are allowed with prior owner approval and a fee**. Bringing a pet without prior owner approval may result in booking cancellation โ, with no refund ๐ธ and/or a $1,000 fine.
If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report a violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking channel ๐ and required to leave the property immediately without refund ๐ฐ.
Please update your guest count for insurance purposes; additional fees may apply.
When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded.
For your protection, like any hotel ๐จ, we have **4 security cameras** in the front yard ๐น and **2 security cameras** in the backyard ๐น covering the outside premises.
**Special Facilities on Property:**

Use of the special facilities during your stay involves certain risks โ ๏ธ, including but not limited to:
1. ๐ **Drowning**
2. โ๏ธ **Risk of injury** resulting from possible malfunction of the hot tub, pool, and/or exercise equipment.
3. ๐ถ **Risk of injuries** resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the special facilities areas.
4. ๐ **Risk of injuries** resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding.
5. โ ๏ธ **Risk of other injuries** resulting from participating in any activities in the special facilities areas.
All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend to use the special facilities and entire property at their own risk:
1. โ **To waive any and all claims** that the guests have or may have in the future against the owner, host, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the `Releasees`) in regards to guests` use of the special facilities.
2. ๐ซ **To release the Releasees** from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that guests may suffer or that their next of kin may suffer in connection with guests` use of the Releaseesโ special facilities and its surroundings, to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the Releasees.
3. ๐ผ **To hold harmless and indemnify the Releasees** from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to any third party resulting from the use of the special facilities and its surroundings.
4. ๐ That the booking guest verifies they are **over the age of 18** and is responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property and use instructions of the special facilities.
5. ๐ That the house rules/waiver release and agreement is fully effective and shall be binding upon the guest, the guest`s heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on behalf of the guest`s estate.
